The Solving for Why Values Mixing Board
This exercise helps you evaluate job options based on your top five values. You will enter:
- Your potential job options (maximum 5).
- Your top 5 values and the importance weight (0–100) for each. You created these weights in the Values Mixing Board exercise in Week 1
- Remember: 100 is the most important; 0 is the least important; and the importance weights must add up to 100, total.
- A ranking score (1–10) for each job option across each value, where 10 is best and 1 is worst.
